Synopsis:
The Swordsmith Village Arc follows Tanjiro as he travels to a hidden village to replace his broken sword, where he crosses paths with the Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji, and the Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito. The peace is shattered when Upper Rank demons Hantengu (Emotion/Manifestation demon) and Gyokko (Vase demon) launch a surprise ambush to destroy the Corps' weapons supply. During the intense battles, Muichiro unlocks his Demon Slayer Mark to single-handedly defeat Gyokko, while Tanjiro, Mitsuri, Genya Shinazugawa, and Nezuko push their limits to decapitate Hantengu’s elusive true body. The arc reaches a historic turning point when Nezuko is exposed to direct sunlight but miraculously survives and conquers it, making her the first demon immune to the sun and turning her into the ultimate target for the demon lord, Muzan Kibutsuji.
